Haut de la Garenne Visit

I saw for myself yesterday Haut de la Garenne, and spoke to local residents who were able to give me their thoughts on the horrific accounts that are emerging of abuse. There is considerable sadness and sympathy for the victims.
These discussions have given me additional insight into the issues that the case has thrown up, and the challenges that a civil claim for compensation would face.
